Moving back to the boardwalks that were present in the first track, ‘Overflow’ is filled with both small precise jumps and huge air grabbers, taking in some water splashes at the same time.
‘Overflow’ however is quite easily the best track in After the Incident. Again, it’s not particularly tricky to complete but at least gives you a good chance to test your riding skills against your mates. Thankfully ‘Forgotten Peak’ brings a little more enjoyment as you ride across a land filled with snow and ice. It’s simple enough to get a bronze medal at the very least and is a pretty poor start to the latest pack. ‘Force Majeure’ sends you scurrying along wooden planks as you stick the throttle on full, powering your way through to the end of the track.
What is included though is mostly average at best with only one track really standing out above anything else. It’s probably to be expected that there is no easy course on offer this time round but if your skills haven’t progressed enough to take on anything more than a simple run around by now, then you’ll no doubt not be bothering with this content anyways. There are four medium tracks, three of the hard nature and one extreme pain bringer available, all of which are accompanied by a middling FMX course and a hard skill game. Taking on tracks spread across ruined cities and devastated ecosystems, the time trials included see you moving back and forth through numerous environmental issues. As the name suggests, After the Incident sees riders investigating the cause of the disaster that has near on wiped out Earth. It's absolutely the lead-up to Trials Frontier.
After the "event", there's wood and broken down buildings everywhere, and primarily wood levels. First, Trials Fusion occurs, then "The Incident" at the end of Trials Fusion (One of the extreme tracks, I believe), followed by the "After the Incident" DLC in Fusion, and then Trials Frontier.
